CPO Board Special Meeting

The Office of Colorado’s Child Protection Ombudsman’s Board will hold its next meeting at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2021. The meeting will be held via Zoom teleconference.
The majority of this meeting will be held in executive session.
This executive session is authorized under section 24-6-402(3)(b)(I), C.R.S., for the Board to consider the employment and compensation of a public official where that official has requested the discussion take place in executive session, and to receive legal advice on specific legal questions from the Colorado Attorney General’s Office on the above-mentioned topic, and under section 24-6-402(3)(a)(II), C.R.S., for the Board to receive legal advice on specific legal questions from the Colorado Attorney General’s Office on the above-mentioned topic.
The Board’s only agenda item is the Child Protection Ombudsman’s performance and compensation, which may include the annual Child Protection Ombudsman evaluation.
