Mandatory Reporting Task Force Meeting

Housed in the Office of Colorado’s Child Protection Ombudsman, the Mandatory Reporting Task Force was created by the Colorado General Assembly with the passage of HB22-1240. The task force will meet 13 times over two years, holding meetings the first Wednesday of every other month from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. (MT), via Zoom.
The task force will analyze the effectiveness of and issues with the law requiring individuals from specific professions to report suspected child abuse to authorities. More information about the task force may be found HERE.
